A CAHF depende dos fundos dos doadores para prosseguir a sua missão de fazer com que os mercados de habitação a preços acessíveis funcionem em África, através do fornecimento de informações sobre o mercado, de investigação aprofundada e de oportunidades de colaboração com as partes interessadas e os profissionais dos sectores público e privado em todo o continente. O teu apoio faz a diferença! Ao olharmos para os próximos dez anos, gostaríamos que te juntasses a nós na nossa viagem. O teu donativo reverterá a favor do Fundo de Sustentabilidade da CAHF, que será explicitamente direcionado para o nosso programa de trabalho. As Africa’s leading voice on housing finance systems, CAHF is constantly evolving to:

  • Maintain and improve our annual flagship Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook
  • Host free webinars and regional workshops to build sector capacity

But producing quality content and maintaining a powerful online platform takes resources—time, technology, and people. We fund this work through partnerships, grants—and the generosity of people like you, who believe that housing information should remain open and accessible for all.

We are inviting support towards the Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook 2025–2026, our flagship publication and one of the most widely referenced resources on housing finance across the continent.
